D'oh! I'm late. Nuts!

Soooo I decided last minute to join everyone else in Vegan Month of Food. Yes, I am a procrastinator. But hey, better late than never, no?

Besides, I'm sure you'll forgive me after this post anyways :D

TaDa! This is what days off of school call for! Parties at friends houses and from-scratch vegan doughnuts! Here are all 5 kinds together:

Chocolate Cake-y Doughnut Holes with Chocolate Ganache

Nutmeg-Spice yeast-raised Doughnut Holes

Plain Jane yeast-raised Doughnuts

Sugar-n-Spice yeast-raised Doughnuts

(My beloved) Maple Glazed yeast-raised Doughnuts

Powdered Sugar-ed yeast-raised Doughnuts
Am I forgiven?

Yayy! Can't wait for the recipes.

The doughnuts looks amazing!!!

What do you use as a replacement for eggs in baking? I'm not yet vegan, only vegetarian.. so I still use eggs in baking.
