Well, I was gonna say BREAD.....but since you are the tofu freak.....maybe your other two votes are correct. Actually, I've only had tofu one way, in hot and sour soup. I guess you will have to educate me someday during lunch... =)

it looks to me like either bread, or fudge, or vegan "cheeze"....hmmmm
that definitely looks like some fresh tofu. my favorite way to eat it is "olive oregano wine baked tofu"- thats a mouthful haha
tofu! my favorite way to enjoy is to batter it up and bake it in the oven! then i slap in on a biscuit and smother in gravy! mmmmmmmmmmmmm!
That is tofu, and my favourite way to eat it is either southern-fried or in a red thai curry with spinach and mushrooms.
I was going to say Tofu but on closer inspection I'm gonna say Corn bread.

Looks like well pressed tofu to me and if by chance I am right, I would say my favorite way to eat it is baked until it has a nice crust with some kind of Asian-inspired sauce or tofu nuggets.

I'm going with tofu... I looove tofu, especially in scrambles :o).
frozen tofu maybe? If it's that, I do so like to stir fry my defrosted "supermeaty" 'fu - it soaks up all the stir fry sauce and becomes yumbombs!
my guess is tofu. guess everybody agrees :)
Though it almost looks like a cube of sugar, but not really.
