Cupcakelets!

Going along with the school spirit theme, I made Cupcakelets with school color frosting! THESE ARE SO EXTREMELY RICH, FUDGY, AND DECADENT.

Vanilla Cupcakelets!

Chocolate Cupcakelets!

Woohoo! Go DC!

P.S. Sorry I've been neglecting MoFo so much. I have a good excuse/reason: HOMECOMING!!! I'm still debating whether or not I should post photos though since I have another one in 2 weeks. Anyone have a say?

yum. those cupcakes are so cute.

you should definitely post the pics. :)

it's cool that you bought a quince. From what I've read, you can use a quince in any dessert where you would use apples - like apple pie or apple tart or whatever. The only thing is, quince take longer to cook, so it's better if you cut the quince smaller/thinner/ whatever. Apparently quince just enhance apple desserts. You should wash, peel, and core it first... just like an apple or a pear. I hope that helps!!
